Special Adviser to President Bola Tinubu on Information and Strategy, Bayo Onanuga, has commended Benue State Governor, Hyacinth Alia, for what he described as “remarkable achievements within two years.”
He stressed that the governor’s performance is a direct reflection of the positive outcomes of the President’s economic reforms.
Onanuga, who spoke in Makurdi on Friday during an interactive session with the governor’s media team, urged stronger collaboration between Alia’s media handlers and the Presidency to project the developmental strides of the All Progressives Congress (APC)-led government.
The presidential aide, after a presentation of Alia’s projects by Chief Press Secretary Tersoo Kula, lauded interventions across roads, agriculture, healthcare, education, ICT, industrialization, humanitarian services and human capital development.
He noted that the achievements underscored Alia’s prudent use of revenues and his understanding of the people’s needs.
According to Onanuga, President Tinubu is pleased with APC governors who are delivering good governance and expects synergy among their media teams to ensure Nigerians are better informed about reforms and results across the states.
