He said that Sewuese, currently residing at Block 4 of the RCM Primary School IDP Camp in Agagbe (registration number 90X01517), began experiencing complications around 4pm and was quickly rushed to St. Francis Primary Health Centre, Agagbe, for medical attention.

Jacob narrated the unfortunately, it was too late when they arrived the hospital as the baby girl was delivered lifeless.

According to him, the attending nurse, Mrs. Nyashar Beatrice, attributed the stillbirth to severe malnutrition and lack of access to essential medication during the pregnancy.

While Sewuese is reported to be in stable condition after delivery, she remains unable to afford the necessary postnatal treatment due to financial constraints.

The former camp manager lamented that tragic incident indicated the dire living conditions and inadequate healthcare faced by displaced persons in the IDP camps as he called for assistance to enable Sewuese recover fully.
