It was who was who at the NICON LUXURY Hotel in Abuja, where people from walks of life and with no class nor creed, played an important role.
Among the personalities presented was Ambassador Dr. Uzochukwu Odidika, who was honoured for rhe role she played in galvanizing and ensuring that peace was restored in Benue State, and to enhance peaceful co-existence between Benue people and the Fulanis in the State.
Speaking to the journalists after receiving her prestigiously award, Amb. Uzochukwu said that the award would inspire her to do more for the society.
She further highlighted the importance of Peace in our communities as she said, “Peace is the Way, but also the Only Way to achieve harmony in any given Society.”
Amb. Uzochukwu also explained that she was dedicating the award to every member of her family, her team, and more especially those who have undertaken the fight for Peace and Justice all over the world.
She further urged individuals, Communities and the Society at large to pursue peace as that is the only thing to make our society develop.
Amb. Uzochukwu was accompanied by her family, friends and other well-wishers to grace the auspicious event .
